Haley Rushing-Hill Brings Creativity Home to Texarkana College

Haley Rushing-Hill is the Marketing and Creative Services Coordinator for Texarkana College. Haley began her work at TC in August 2020 amidst a global pandemic. She brings with her experience working as an Art Director at an advertising agency in Little Rock, AR. Responsible for TC’s marketing efforts, such as social media content, ad creation, website design, and communications, Haley’s positive energy and caring heart not only motivate her team, but also resonate with students looking to succeed. We are excited to see her creative talents blossom.

She and her husband, Jacob, who is an attorney at Norton-Wood- Floyd are both native to Texarkana and moved back after college. Together they have a rambunctious corgi, Delilah and attend Hampton Church of Christ. Haley enjoys doing crafty things and volunteers with Main Street Texarkana in her spare time.
