“When you work in a natural setting like beautiful Spring Lake Park, you sometimes have to deal with the fury of nature. That’s exactly what we had to do when lightening struck one of our beloved trees in late 2019. We were left with nothing but a stump, and had to get creative about how to make the best of it. Thankfully, artist Nick Bero, with Bero Arts, gave us a hand in creating this gorgeous bench and table that will not only preserve this breathtaking tree, but provide a functional and useful place to sit as well.
